Akshay Kumar Education Qualification
He has completed his school education at Don Bosco High School, Mirik, Darjeeling. And side by side he was learning Karate. For higher education, he was admitted to Guru Nanak Khalsa College.
But he dropped out because he was not interested in his studies. Akshay requested his father that he wanted to learn martial arts further. His father somehow arranged money to send Akshay to Thailand.
After having obtained a black belt in Taekwondo, Akshay learned martial arts in Bangkok. And also lived in Thailand for five years to learn Thai Boxing. There he also worked as a chef and waiter.

Career In Modeling
When Akshay commenced the teaching of martial arts, the father (model co-ordinator) of one of his students, recommended him to modeling. Within the first two days of shooting Akshay made more money than his entire month’s salary. Then he decided to choose a modeling career.

Akshay Kumar started his career with the film Saugandh, which was released in 1991. After getting huge success in modeling, he got the offer to work in the film Saugandh. He has appeared as a lead actor opposite Shantipriya & Rakhee Gulzar. Again he appeared in the movie Dancer, in the same year. But unfortunately, these movies didn’t get good reviews at the box office. In 1995, Akshay Kumar appeared in a dual role in the film Sabse Bada Khiladi. Akshay starred in Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi opposite Rekha and Raveena Tandon, in 1996.
