She revealed that she’s now lost 21 pounds since before the Met Gala in an appearance this week. According to Kardashian, she took it as a job. She really wanted to wear the dress she is wearing now. That dress meant a lot to her.
Afterwards, it taught her a lot about her lifestyle and health, so she’s continued to eat very healthily ever since, the Hulu reality star told Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb on the morning show.
Kardashian shared that she’s satisfied with her health transformation and isn’t trying to lose any more weight. Kim Kardashian stated that she has more energy than ever before. After reducing her sugar intake, she feels so much better.
Previously, Kardashian was eating lots of junk food. She was unaware that she was doing it. Since then, she has completely changed her diet and lifestyle.

Kardashian had previously said she cut out sugar and carbohydrate for almost a month. ”Still, some, like Lili Reinhart, blasted celebrities that starved themselves due to their influence.”
While Kardashian has been trying to calm her haters by comparing her transformation to the work of actors such as Christian Bale and claiming that she began eating healthier, her critics are not satisfied.
”I wasn’t saying something like, ‘Hey, everyone, why don’t you go losing this weight in a relatively short period?”
Kardashian said, “It was like, ‘OK, Christian Bale can lose weight for a movie role, and it is acceptable. Even Renée Zellweger put on weight for a role. I think it’s also the same for me.

According to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, 5 to 10 million women in the United States suffer from eating disorders. The Dove Global Girls Beauty and Confidence Report found that nearly half of girls with low self-esteem try their best to look like models and celebrities.
Despite Kardashian’s personal trainer standing up to defend her, the star has continued to insist that her quick weight loss was made healthily.
Kim Kardashian revealed to “Today” that while walking the carpet, she was only wearing the iconic dress for a few minutes. She said she wore a robe to the Met, where she changed at the bottom and top of the stairs.
Some even claim that Kardashian damaged the dress in the short time she wore it, escalating the fury. Kardashian recently wore the historic dress that some say should be in a museum.
Kim Kardashian continues to progress despite a flurry of criticisms two months after the Met Gala.
