Career:
Ranbir started his career with the movie Saawariya in 2007. It was a romantic film which was directed and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The other co-actresses were Rani Mukherjee & Sonam Kapoor. Sonam had also started her acting career in this film. Saawariya was the first Bollywood movie which was produced by a Hollywood studio.

But unfortunately, this film didn’t get too much success at the box office. After Saawariya’s commercial failure, Ranbir contracted for a role in Bachna Ae Haseeno (2008).
